Ordering Online
You can use the search bar to find your desired item, or alternatively you can search by brand.
We don’t just stock mobile phones, but also tablets, laptops, smart watches and accessories. Everything we sell is second hand.
We suggest that you use the search bar at the top of the website, but you can also use our category options.
If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your basket.
We do not support orders over the phone. You can only place an order with us through our website.
Payment
Please ensure that your card information is correct, that it has not expired, and that you have sufficient funds.
This will depend on your payment method, as there are different requirements for each one.
You can pay with debit/credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Klarna when making a purchase with us.
We do not store your payment details because all of our transactions are supported by secure third-party providers.
Delivery
If you order before 3pm, £40+ orders will arrive the following day, and those under £40 will arrive within 48 hours.
Delivery is free if the sum of your order is more than £40. Delivery fees will apply for orders under £40.
If you place your order before 3pm on a Friday, we can deliver your item on the weekend for a £10 fee.
You cannot change your delivery address once you have placed your order. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Yes, we do. You will receive your tracking number in your ‘order completed’ email when we have dispatched your order.
